Return Policy
At Chiragh Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
How to Return Your Item:
To initiate a return, please email us at chiraghapparel@gmail.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item should be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note that we cannot accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method, and the amount will be credited within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear. If you still haven't received it, contact your bank for any potential processing delays.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. However, if you need to return or exchange an item for any other reason, please reach out to us at chiraghapparel@gmail.com.
eBay, Poshmark, and Etsy Purchases:
If you purchased an item from us through eBay, Poshmark, or Etsy, please initiate the return directly through the respective platform. We are unable to process returns from those platforms here.
Shipping Delay & Refund Policy
In the event that a package is reported as being stuck in transit, no refund will be issued until we have received appropriate compensation from the courier. All refund requests under these circumstances will be processed only after the shipping carrier has completed their investigation and provided us with reimbursement. We appreciate your understanding and recommend allowing sufficient time for transit delays before contacting us regarding your order.
Important:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
