Shipping & Delivery

Enjoy free U.S. standard shipping on all orders! We ship all domestic orders via USPS, with most packages arriving within 2-5 business days. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all qualifying orders.

Order Processing & Shipping Time:

Your order delivery is broken down into two stages:

  1. Processing Time:
    This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after being placed. Once received by the manufacturer, processing takes an additional 1-2 days.

  2. Shipping Time:
    Once processed, your order will leave our warehouse and is typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and USPS’s delivery schedules.

International Orders, Customs & Taxes:

For international shipments, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees that may be incurred are the buyer’s responsibility. These fees are not covered by Chiragh Apparel. If you refuse delivery of your international order, and we need to have the goods returned, any duty costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy & Disclaimer

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or missed delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the carrier. If you need an item by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout and placing your order well in advance.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees. Any delays or issues that occur after shipping must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Shipping Delay & Refund Policy

In the event that a package is reported as being stuck in transit, no refund will be issued until we have received appropriate compensation from the courier. All refund requests under these circumstances will be processed only after the shipping carrier has completed their investigation and provided us with reimbursement. We appreciate your understanding and recommend allowing sufficient time for transit delays before contacting us regarding your order.

Shipping Policy Clause

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
